As of now the complete expenses raised from the local community and also the philanthropists, but the challenge is to manage this on regular basis. PHIN require a constant support to meet its requirements and also recurring expenditure. Because it is the fact without offering a good pay professional service is not available. PHIN is being run with a mission to create a model in the state hence forth the following mentioned are necessary for the institution. Though we put constant efforts to raise funds to run the School we are facing lot of difficulty in providing the Salaries for the Staff. Most of the individual donors coming forward to take care of the food material but there is very less response to provide salaries to the staff on regular basis.
